Dear Sir,

Reference: BIDOR HALF-MARATHON RUN 2008 (27-04-2008)

Bidor Runners Sports and Recreation Club is a newly registered club, and is prepared to organize the 1ST Inaugural Run in 2008. As for the records, our club had successfully assisted in organizing the past 3 Bidor Run (2003/2004/2006 Half Marathon). Bidor is a small town; the Bidor Half Marathon 2006 event had attracted more than 1200 runners from many different states of Malaysia. The Run has achieved some recognition and is well known in the yearly running calendar dairy. This year, we are prepared to organize the Running event in a much bigger scale with a target of 1500 participants.

We would like to take this opportunity to invite you/your esteemed club members to participate and support this Running Event. The venue of the event is at Dewan Muhibbah located in the town center. The main aim in organizing the Bidor Run is to is inspire and encourage Malaysians to enjoy healthy lifestyle through running. Besides, this Running event will indirectly helps to develop good relationship among the community. Results have shown the community enjoys the run, whereas the business sectors enjoy good returns and rewards in advertising their products through their sponsorships and contributions. It is a Win-Win situation for all parties. We, the Bidor Runners (BidorKaki Runners) Club will continued to do our best to encourage more Malaysian to enjoy a healthy lifestyle living through RUNNING.

Our club is now registered under the name of Bidor Runners Sports and Recreation Club, Perak, in 2nd April, 2007. Bidor Kaki Runners is changed to Bidor Runners Club (in short). Our committee has decided to organize this Bidor Half Marathon Run 2008 (27th April, 2008). We are young and inexperience and wish to appeal to you for help. We are in fact, very weak in getting sponsorships support. We hope you can support us. We are willing to learn and listen from you. Also please help us to announce and highlight the Bidor Half Marathon 2008 (27-04-2008) in the Runners Malaysia and Pacesetters websites so as encourage more participants. We will do our best in organizing the Run.

Together with the Partnership for Growth spirit our Vision to promote RUNNING will be a SUCCESS.

We are looking forward for a positive future and the best.

Yours Sincerely,

Leng Ka Nyam
Bidor Runners Sports and Recreation Club, Perak. President
