New Balance Loyalty Card Program

Beginning 2009 New Balance has introduced a loyalty card program for Pacesetters club members. It is to be called NB Pacesetters loyalty card. Application is only open to valid Pacesetters members.

• 30% discount off all normal priced New Balance products only, at all Participating Outlets
• Enjoy additional special promotions on your birthday.
• Get invited to special N-Card days for members only and to sales pre-view.
• Receive email up-dates on Participating Outlet's latest products and promotions.
• Feel special on your birthday with special birthday discount on your birthday month at Participating Outlets
• Receive email up-dates on Participating Outlet's latest products, promotions and events

Note

• A limit of RM2,000.00 purchase per year per card holder

How to Apply

• Complete the application form in full and submit the completed form to Pacesetters Athletic Club, Malaysia ["PACM"].
• Membership fee is RM10.00 for one year or RM20.00 for three consecutive years.
• Validity of the N-Card will be the same as the validity period of the member's club membership.
• Payment made payable to "STREAM ENTERPRISE (M) SDN BHD" or in CASH..
• N-Card membership card will be mailed to the address stated in the application form.

Renew/Replacement

• A fee of RM10.00 will be charged to replace lost or damaged N-Card.
• Renewal of expired N-Card are to be submitted to PACM.
